Apple released it's next generation imac which features Quad-core intel core i5 and i7 processor , all new AMD Radeon HD graphics processor , Facetime HD camera and last but not laeast Thunderbolt . All of you may wonder what is Thunderbolt???
well it is type of connector used to connect input and output peripheral like external hard drive with data transfer rate up to 20x faster than USB2.0 and up to 12x faster than FireWire800. It is known fact that USB2.0 transfer rate is 480 Mbit/s and FireWire 800 (IEEE 1394b-2002)
transfer rate is 3200 Mbit/s , now Thunderblot clams to give more data transfer rate up to 10 GB/s.
